Founded in 2002 by Tracy Jividen, and now led by his son, Spencer Jividen, Jividen And Company proudly represents a third generation of surveyors. The name “Jividen” has become synonymous with professional land surveying in Oklahoma. With over 60 years of combined experience, we continue to uphold our legacy of delivering quality surveying services to our clients.

Responsible for daily tasks such as project organization and completion of surveys (including ALTA, As-built, Topographical and Boundary), construction staking, and establishing horizontal and vertical control.
Experience in the field with the latest computer software and GPS equipment.

Oklahoma City Community College
Numerous hours of Continuing Education credits by Oklahoma State Board of Registration.
Associates Degree of Applied Science in Civil Surveying technology from OSU- OKC.
